Yes — we offer catering pans that serve a minimum of 10 people per tray, perfect for groups of any size. If you need individual options, our spam musubi can be ordered as single servings as well.

We deliver throughout Salem and surrounding areas (100 mile radius). Delivery charge depends on distance - details show up when you select delivery at checkout.

Pickup orders start at just $25, making it easy to grab food for yourself or a small group.

For delivery, the minimum order is $350 (before delivery fees) - ideal for larger events, offices, or family gatherings.

We typically need at least 1 day’s notice for both pickup and delivery orders.

That gives us time to prep everything fresh and get it right.

Yes - just check for icons when ordering (GF - gluten-free, V - vegetarian, DF - dairy free, VE - vegan). We’re happy to accommodate dietary needs - just let us know in the order notes.

Right now, we only staff events with 500 guests or more.

For all other orders, we deliver the food hot, fresh, and ready to serve - just set it out and dig in.

When placing your order, just pick the start time that works best for you - we’ll always aim for that exact time.

You can ignore the time “window” shown during checkout - it's just a system default we can’t remove (yet).

Every order includes basic utensils, plates, napkins, and serving spoons/tongs (if needed).
